Since the aroma was wafting through our nostrils,we couldn’t resist the temptation to slice the bread while it was still hot. We enjoyed thick and crumbly slices with a spicy coconut sambol,a favorite amongst Sri Lankans.The sambol is made with freshly grated coconut,red and green chillies,onions and with a squeeze of lemon juice and salt.
