We're currently taking part in Veganuary so I swapped the dairy milk for oat milk and the butter for plant butter. Before rolling I drizzled Marmite all over the dough to achieve a Marmite-y swirl once baked. As a child I used to eat Marmite 'neat', straight from the pot so it's fair to say that I'm definitely a lover! I guess you could call this a 'Love it or hate it loaf'. We married it with more Marmite, salted plant based butter and some mature plant based cheese. Yum!
