This was an amazing recipe to try out.. I wanted to enter this contest hence tried it and it came out very well. I used all purpose flour as we do not get bread flour easily here. It was the first time I was making a sandwich bread loaf and what better recipe than Nigella's. Thank you so much.. it came out better than I expected.. soft and perfect.
