I have made quite a lot of bread during lockdown and gain great satisfaction out of it. I have used many Nigella recipes in the past and love the simplicity of them but still they create stunning food. My image is just my loaf alone. I served it with home made chicken and sweetcorn soup! But I took a photo of the loaf itself with no bells and whistles. A fabulous piece of art in its own right! Its a great workout and a way to ease frustration plus makes the house smell like a home
