It’s the first time for me to make this bread, but it instantly has been added to my list of favourites and I will definitely make it a regular addition to our household larder. I kept to the recipe as I wanted to see how the dough reacted but will experiment with flavours and textures in the future. In my opinion a simple Cheese and Tomato sandwich is a good test for how good a loaf is and this one passed with flying colours.
