I have done this wonderful loaf several times since Christmas… very simple and really a pleasure to do it! I haven’t yet decided if I prefer this bread, fresh or toasted! Simply delicious… Instead of spoilt milk, I just add some lemon juice drops to the milk and I have tried to replace some of the white strong flour by some rye and spelt flour and the result is also very good.
