I tend to shy away from baking bread due to my generally poor results. However, this recipe is so easy and the result is so incredibly satisfying. The making of this beautiful loaf also allowed me to treat my South African friends to a “bunny chow” with curried mutton to fill the hollowed out loaf. We all enjoyed the bread and how well it paired with the curry. Thank you!
