A teal delight to make. I used spoilt milk (skimmed because I didn't have full fat) and butter. I usually get bread wrong because the dough can come out too still to knead properly but this was a delight to make and beautifully behaved throughout from mixing the ingredients to putting in the tin. I could not get the size right before the rolling to put in the tim but it didn't seem to matter. And it tastes better than my favourite loaf from Gail's.
