Love the texture of the bread! Such an old fashioned and classic bread. Was initially worried the dough not as runny as Nigella’s picture but after 1hr of proofing it risen nicely and looked like a pillow that I want to rest my head on! The moment I sliced the bread after baking, I wanted to cry in joy because it turned out perfectly! The first thing I did was to make tuna sandwich. I was in heaven!
