This recipe is very easy to follow and I used it a couple of times this month, to make our dinners extra special. I halved the recipe and subbed Greek yoghurt for sour milk (while omitting the butter). For my second attempt, I also added a thin layer of sunflower seeds and dried oregano. Since my oven can be erratic, I was forced to bake it at 190 deg. celsius. The resulting loaves were super soft with an extra crispy crust very much like Bombay Brun... Perfect.. not just for sandwiches but also along with hot soup. Have shared pics of my simple but irresistible loaves..warts and all !
