This bread is very easy to make. I followed all the steps of the recipe, not usual for me, I am used to kneading bread in the traditional way. But the result was up to the task, a real success. It was eaten up with homemade orange marmalade, validated by my three kids and a greedy bear named Paddington! Thank you Nigella.
