Delicious bread with an easy recipe. Sour cream option was baked almost every week in my house, for the last month. The only twist was the replacement of 20% (100g) of white bread flour, for the same quantity of wholemeal spelt flour. Simple and effective! Natural or Toasted, it goes well with pretty much everything you can think of: jam, vegemite and butter, spread cheese and smoked salmon, maionese with sliced chorizo and rocket leaves, the combinations are endless but, the winner for me is the good old butter, when it comes out of the toaster. Absolute delight!
