I made this yesterday using white flour. I’m trying to make a loaf with part whole meal flour or with part malthouse flour. My problem is how much liquid to use, first attempt too dry final product. While I like the 100% white flour loaf, it makes great toast, I like the flavour of a whole meal loaf. Any suggestions welcome.
