I used Greek yogurt and my long low loaf tin as that's all I had to hand, making a longer loaf with a smaller slice. The texture is fantastic, just a perfect mix of chewy and crumby, so happy with this recipe! I thought I would show you my prefect Sunday morning of bacon butty with brown sauce, builders tea and a game of chess, this is a win even without the cookbook prize...love from Lanzarote x
