I made this cake to celebrate Hope!!! We need to remember that, no matter how many evils are released in this world, Hope is still present ( just like in the legend of Pandora’s box). We never let it wither away, crossed an ocean, left everything we knew behind, kept on fighting, celebrated small victories along the way, and this weekend we had this delicious cake to celebrate a bigger victory!!! our daughter’s success to get into the University Program of her dreams despite her disability, barriers and voices who kept denying this ever being possible!!! I call this cake - Hope never dies!!!
