I’ve always wanted to make a Guinness cake so after seeing one that another lady had made earlier (pun intended), I gave this amazing recipe a go. I decided to make individual Guinness Cakes so I could deliver and share with friends and family. I added a surprise consisting of a 2/3 milk chocolate 1/3 dark chocolate ganache to centre after baking and cooling. I also added a dash of vanilla extract to the buttercream. All in all I’m super pleased with how they turned out and my family and friends are going crazy for them. Thank you Nigella x
