The recipe is perfect and really easy to follow and the outcome is amazing. My personal twist is that I've changed the icing and made a heavy cream and mascarpone 50-50 ratio cream on top and doubled the portion compared to the original icing as I really like the feeling when I have some cream with every bite. Also just added some dark chocolate on top, but not too much as the cake itself is really chocolatey. Everyone loves it, especially my coworkers, it takes just some minutes and it magically disappears. Love the recipe, and also the marvelous cake!
