No shame in my game! It's just the two of us, so I cut the recipe in half and made this tiny one-layer cake of deliciousness. The recipe was very easy to follow, but it required only about 20 minutes for baking the single layer. It was just as sinfully good as described, even if I will never be an accomplished cake decorator. I've got to get my hands on some 4-inch pans, for future use!
