Never have I ever been more inspired by a recipe--it was love at first sight! I was enchanted by the colors and fragrance, and delighted by the fruit, flower, and nut base of a cake that is all whipped up like magic in a food processor. I'm not a baker, my execution was imperfect, buy my enjoyment--beginning with my search for edible rose petals--and ending with the last bite was a 12 out of 10. Thank you, Nigella!
