Dear Nigella, I have always wanted to make this beautifully decorated and scented pistacio cake, and today is the right moment. I have made two cakes yesterday morning, one for myself and it taste amazing, one for my brother's 57 years old birthday, he is delighted and surprised. Though I have just got my second jab of vaccines, feeling tired by end of the day, worth all the while to brighten up my brother's day and my family too. Thank you so much Nigella.
