I really enjoyed making this. This was my first ever flourless cake I've made and I was really impressed with the texture and how light but still moist it turned out. I used a mixture of edible flower petals ontop amongst the chopped pistachios and used a real rose and petals for photo props. The recipe was so easy to follow and it tastes incredible! Will be a regular in the house from now on for definite!
