I haven’t ever made a lemon curd and I attempted to do so with Nigella’s recipe, a few nights ago. Twice I lost it to curddling, or so I thought. The following evening I tried again and the same thing happened, but something told me to just keep it on the heat and to continue whisking…voilà, it came together and was deliciously tart & tangy. I am now eating a slice for breakfast with my coffee and adding spoonfuls of the leftover curd to plain yogurt. So easy to make and so impresses, thank you Nigella!
