Had fun making this Vanilla layer cake with Ermine Icing. First time making the icing. It is so delicious, not too sweet. Between the layers I brushed a little bit of cherry Jam. For decoration I made some tree chocolate runout and coconut chocolate barks. Will definitely make this again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for the recipe!
