Greetings from across the pond in Northern Michigan! I followed the recipe exactly. Was a bit tricky finding the Euro ingredients, like caster sugar and plain coconut yogurt, but I prevailed. Had to use frozen blueberries as fresh were not available given current supply chain issues. I captioned my photo, "Embracing the Winter 'Blues'". I love this cake!
