I made this Easter Nest Cake following Nigella’s recipe for the cake and topping, which, as always, worked to the “T”. To create the nests, I’ve made (for the first time ever) “Fios de Ovos” - Sweet Egg Yolk Angel’s Hair. A Portuguese staple, provenance of our well known conventual patisserie. Happy Easter!
