Coming all the way from New Zealand - where for some reason we only have tiny sugar eggs (blaming Covid???!!!). Baked by myself (Rachel) and Caitlin (11) for an Easter Sunday lunch (along with an outstanding chicken and mushroom pie Caitlin made by herself, happy to share a photo of that too!). We are die hard devotees of your Christmas log, and my favourite saying is that ‘if you need a recipe for something you’ve never made before, see if Nigella has one because it will be straightforward and delicious!’ We hope you and your team have had a lovely Easter Ps we used the ‘microwavé’ to melt the chocolate - much easier for children!
