September 2022 Entries

This was only my third try at bread, and it went unexpectedly well. I was without caster sugar and instead used 1/4 cup stevia which i half expected to ruin the entire thing. I could not find reasonably priced blackberries but found raspberries in the freezer, and they did fine. There werent many so I ate it with sliced orange to compensate, it paired nicely with the ground almond. I used rolled oats in the crumb in liew of flaked almonds, which i detest. Very happy with my result.
