I last made this on 28 Feb and I left a comment on the website to make the icing first, still holds true as it takes a while to firm up. I used Plain Bournville again which is about 36% cocoa solids and it is lovely with a dark, creamy taste. I also split the cake batter into 3 sandwich tins and there is enough icing as long as you don't ice the sides. Makes a lovely cake, very spectacular and yummy. Thanks Nigella!
