Nigella's Devil's food cake has been our go to & a firm favourite with my kids. As we just put up decorations for Halloween, they wanted to make a spooky Halloween cake & this was just perfect. They chose rainbow marshmallows to make it a friendly rainbow mummy & wanted more chocolate for eyes which is glued on with chocolate buttercream. They loved getting their fingers sticky doing the marshmallow stretching & loved licking the spatula whilst making the cake. A truly fun, delicious & bonding time!
