December 2022 Entries

Since I don't have pretty cookie cutters unfortunately, I just used a 1/2 pint beer glass for cutting out cookies. Also I needed to use a vinegar cap to cut out the holes because of the same reason. So they might be a bit uglier than the fellow bakers'. But my husband and I absolutely loved them and have eaten a lot! They tasted totally heavenly. Thanks to Nigella for a fantastic recipe. They are brilliant Christmas cookies.
