I don't have an electric mixer, believe it or not. So I knew this recipe was going to be a bit of challenge to make the topping similar to Swiss meringue by hand. These Love buns -or should I say the topping bit- are my third attempt and I think they are now the right consistency, light and fluffy. Most importantly they taste absolutely gorgeous!
