A little late to the party, but here is my take on Hot Cross Buns. I omitted the mixed dried fruit and added in Dried Cranberries, Italian Mixed Peel and Glace Cherries, and then glazed them with apricot jam. These are lovely, and my partner and mum love them - the cats too! Rather than crosses, I opted to be more artsy, though not sure it worked out...but they look charming and still taste good. The giant blob in the back is a pawprint! Will deffo make again (no cats were harmed in the making of these buns)
