Our annual Easter bake of Nigella's Hot Cross Buns! A dear friend sent me "Feast" from the UK years ago, as we could not find the buns in grocery stores in the US (I live in a small eastern North Carolina town). I use cranberries as my family prefers them, whole wheat flour for the crosses (so they are not as distinct as they would be with regular flour). Very delicious and so easy to make.
