A batch of deliciously eastery hot cross buns. I added the zest of 2 oranges and used a mix of sultanas and multicoloured raisins which shone like little jewels. They tasted sublime, the slow overnight prove is the key to their tastiness. Will definitely be baking them again for breakfast on Easter Sunday!
