After a dark and gloomy Scottish start to the year, this was a wonderful way to bring some comforting aromas into the kitchen and to mark the beginning of Spring. This was a delightful recipe that I switched up using dried cranberries (the kids' favourites), and they went down a storm! Next year I'll make a double batch!
