
As always, Nigella's recipes are easy and fun to make, I couldn't get hold of cream cheese, so I whipped up 300ml double cream until it was thick, then folded in 200g lemon curd, the Blueberry's are from our garden and the Blackberries were freshly picked, while out walking our dog. I think this would be realy nice with a glass (or 2) of Lemonchello.
