A chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache with a little egg nog for the yellow splashed. I used the flourless chocolate cake recipe by Nigella. My daughter loves her chocolate so for extra indulgence we covered it with chocolate ganache and a little egg nogg, since that is a thick and luscious and slightly alcoholic beverage made from eggs and loved by many over here in the Netherlands. We finished it off by decorating with chocolate and candy Easter eggs. It was jummy!
