Baked the delicious Almond & orange blossom cake, it was my first time baking using orange blossom water and I was so surprised with the subtlety it had on the flavours. I reduced 20g sugar as we prefer to have it less sweet, and added 1tsp baking powder to give it a little rise for a lighter texture. The fresh ground almonds gave it an amazing bite and texture as well.
