I made Nigella’s Vanilla Layer Cake with Ermine Icing for my sister’s birthday. She loved it! Decorating it was so much fun – the bright white frosting made the perfect canvas for all the colourful edible flowers. It looked super cheerful and tasted just as good. Definitely a new favourite :)
