I’ve chosen Nigella’s Strawberry Meringue Layer cake as my entry. I paired this with Nigella’s Lemon Curd, (which I’m more than a little obsessed with!) and this has become a firm favourite, whether it’s a casual family dinner or for when I need something to impress when entertaining. I just love how so typically of Nigella’s recipes, this looks so wonderfully impressive, without taking an absolute age to make. And best of all it tastes amazing and goes down a storm!
