I love Nigella's recipes for the ease and pleasure they bring to cooking. This recipe for Eton Mess from Nigella Express is one of the best things to happen in my kitchen this summer! I made the dessert in 10 minutes and served it in wine glasses. It was elegant, sophisticated, and refreshing!
