I first made the Wide Noodles with Lamb Shank in Aromatic Broth when I saw the wonderful show Cook Eat Repeat. I've since made it countless times, it never disappoints. That show and this recipe, brought me much comfort during those months of global uncertainty. Though I'm facing personal uncertainty, cooking always brings me a purpose in life.
