My first attempt at Nigella’s Spaghetti with Lemon, Garlic and Breadcrumbs. So delicious for something with so few ingredients. Full disclosure….I added a knob of butter to the olive oil when frying off the lemon zest and bread crumbs. And again with the lemon juice. I have a feeling Nigella wouldn’t mind.
