
Aussie Winter Panacea I always make Nigella's chicken soup from the Christmas book ever since I first bought it in the UK, and usually I make it in winter here in Sydney. With our torrential rains, it was perfect weather for this panacea, here made with the addition of saffron, some gochugaru chilli flakes, and some gluten free stelline pasta stars. Warming, hearty, and full of goodness to keep the ails of winter at bay.
