
I'm starting university this September and I have been using Nigella's "How to Eat" to help prepare my cooking skills and appreciation for food. As a lover of strong flavours, I made the pasta with anchovy sauce and thoroughly enjoyed its making and eating. I don’t enjoy Parsley; I made a substitution with some home grown Lovage. I was pleased to throw together a tasty, quick meal with store cupboard staples!
