Well, on reflection, these weren’t the most beautiful cinnamon buns ever but they were the lightest, tastiest, bounciest ever. Those three sachets of yeast were absolutely what they needed to be light, airy and, eaten warm, were the perfect Sunday brunch. (Crowd says I should have made two batches!) Thank you
