Don't think beige, think gold This is the same recipe as white chocolate cheesecake, I've made many times. This variant I used gold mcvities biscuits for the base. I used Marks and Spencer golden blond cooking chocolate in place of the white. Still a very delicate flavour, just a little subtle richness.
