I found myself with two jars of orange marmalade, and I’m not even a marmalade person, lol. I came across this recipe on Instagram. Marmalade Pudding Cake is very straightforward and easy to make. I didn’t have orange juice so I used tart cherry juice. This looks like something you could make for Halloween. I can’t wait to try it.
