This is the savoy cabbage, potato and taleggio cheese dish from Nigelissima. I made it as a Sunday night dinner using up a savoy cabbage, I hadn't known what to do with, some potatoes and a mix of taleggio and gorgonzola. I also substituted leeks for spring onions for a more autumnal feel. It was such a joyous process to follow this recipe and the result tasted amazing.
