Only Nigella could supply a recipe combining my favourite Italian liquor, Amaretto, with the most delightful chocolate cake. A pure delight to eat, each bite is so soft, fudgy, and perfectly balanced. Whenever a chocolate cake is requested, this is my go-to because it never fails - each time I get so many complements on how delicious and light it is! A personal favourite, and a chocolate cake I will defer to for the rest of my life!
